Terms & Conditions Agreement:
You have requested (Bruce Computer Repair) as your service to diagnose/repair your Computer. Payment is due in full after repairs have been completed. No repairs will be done until customer has been contacted. Your computer will be returned to you when payment has been received. There is a 7 day guarantee on all work that has been done. Bruce Computer Repair will not share or save any Documents/Information that’s been stored on your computer unless authorized.
I understand that (Bruce Computer Repair) is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of Pre-existing conditions not known before the time of the repair. By initializing the statements, I am indicating that I understand them completely.
Do you want a copy of your Documents/Pictures/Important files saved to disk if possible? YES or NO
These terms will appear on your receipt.
